Summary

This is a semi-LASER sequence simulation based loosely on Siemens sLASER WIP for VB19.

Description

This is a semi-LASER sequence simulation based loosely on Siemens sLASER WIP for VB19. This has fixed durations for the 180 pulses while the WIP can make them longer if SAR is issue.

Added new Python binning code that deals properly with heteronuclear scaling issues.

  • had to add the static variable RF_OFF to the ppm result in this code
  • had to add 90.0 deg phase to results to display absorption properly

Added two error checks for gyromagnetic ratio support and Min TE enforce. Both raise value errors and provide a SHORT error message that should appear at the bottom of the status bar.
